Andrea,
    Chances are that you tried to unsub a different email account than the
one that's subbed to the group.  Try clicking on the Forward button and look
to see what address shows up in the To: field.  That's the one that's
subscribed to the list.  It's also the one you'll need to use for the Unsub
request.  Finally, remember that you'll need to send the request using the
correct format (see below).

To unsubscribe, send an email to:
pctechtalk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
with the word 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field.
The body of the message can be completely empty.
