[pchelpers] Re: My Del XPPS 8500 is giving me all kinds of trouble. Yske severl minutes to boot up. The occasional message from Microsoft indicates if it fixing a problem. When it finally does boot up some prograns will work but not all. I am seriously thingkking about replacing the desktopsp O a, ;ooking for suggestuins of what Desktop to purchase.I Was looking at Lenovo as a possibility but know nothing about them, I have always had HP and more recently this Del XPS8500. Hi Dallas,
if you are getting something with Windows 8 - you might want to research a 
program called Rollback RX by Horizon Datasys.
I am using this for about 10 years and it has saved me so many times. You just 
reboot and it will give you the chance to take your pc  back to a time when all 
was still good. 
You can also look at your computer before it had problems, and you have the 
option to take back things you lost because you went back in time.
