Good article. The findings are consistant with the performance of xtra's s-p-a-m blocker. That is why I have all the suspect messages delivered to their own folder so I don't miss vital mail. On the white listing question, Mozilla has a junk mail system that can be set to pass any mail if the sender's address is in your address book. Think of it as a built in white list.
