Dear Neelu and Patriots, I write the following more for information. In no way
do I mean to discredit what you are doing because I admire your skills.
You are trying to use the admin court system against the very people who run
the system.
Should you ask and pay a lot of money for a transcript it will go before the
very judge you 'arrested'.
He, as others in the past have done, will alter the transcript to suit
themselves and order it to be retyped.
I believe the only way that you are going to get justice is to use the common
law and force any judge to go on his oath. The so called judge you were up
against was not in fact a judge. He was purely a clerk.

myself and another to stop myself and another being prosecuted in an admin
court. Where I am failing is to bring the sorts of people you are trying to get
to do their jobs into a common law court. The reason I fail and the reason I
suspect that you will fail is that you are acting alone. I accept that you had
friends with you but they needed to be as well versed in the law as you
are.Here there is another advantage in using the common law. It is very simple.
One only has to prove that someone has harmed you. Provided you follow legal
precedent and know the exact meaning of the words you use, the judge because in
this case he really is a judge, must follow your directions because it is YOUR
court. You have rights which must be followed. He has duties one of which is to
uphold the law which he can be sued if he fails in that duty. A so called judge
in an admin court cannot be sued because there is a statute which bars one
suing a judge in an admin court. I have tried accessing the common law court to
stop a CEO of Gloucestershire County Council harming me. The council were
illegally selling off a community asset. I went over many hurdles and around
many obstacles placed in my way to hold a court in Gloucester. They sent up an
his honour judge from Bristol and when I went into court there were already two
security guards present. The judge tried to gain jurisdiction over me and as
part of the process of refusing to allow him to gain jurisdiction I remained
seated and called him by his first name. I then tried to arrest the judge and
was myself detained and subsequently arrested myself. (I was hoping for
publicity which I did get but not the sort I wanted) The judge called me back
into court and illegally sentenced me to prison for contempt of court. At the
same time he struck out my two cases against the police for refusing to
investigate crime again illegally. After I came out of Prison I received an
order barring me from taking any similar actions in future. This of course is
unenforceable in a common law court. Back to acting alone. I had support in
court but some of my supporters believed that I got what I deserved because I
did not respect the judge. This was because they did not understand what my
common law powers and rights were.I cannot resist stating this here. Don't you
people realise that by you allowing the so called government to create a new
constitution you are being enslaved and allowing the satanistic paedophiles to
go free for ever.I have suggested previously that a group of at least thirty
people who are au fait with the common law individually go into the public area
of the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand and at a given signal all sit
down. Previously one should have alerted Russia Today and Al Jazeera because
the British media will be barred from publishing what happens. We should demand
that the duty judge be called. A duty judge is available 24/7/365. What happens
next I cannot say. If we get a judge, Neelu could bring your cases and YOU
order the judge to sign YOUR order which will be enforceable. If the police are
called and we are all arrested hopefully Russia Today and Al Jazeera will alert
he world to show how corrupt the British Establishment is. A word of caution
here; This would need to be organised using sealed snail mail because any other
method of organisation will be monitored and stopped before it starts. Neelu,
why I am writing to you is that I belong to a patriots group who have a website
under the banner on their website English Constitution Group. There you will
find an excellent presentation and explanation of the current law by Albert
Burgess. Unfortunately for some reason he will not discuss the common law and I
have not had much support from the patriots when I try to take matters forward.
Even getting them to sign a petition about our constitution being destroyed was
not supported.I detect in your Hampstead followers a more determined and
focused group. Without any intention of my being rude, what you and your group
need is a complete change of mind set. It almost amounts to reprogramming your
mind. This is because you have been conditioned from birth to accept that the
courts are all about justice. They are not. They are all about making money for
a select few. Employ a solicitor to defend you but know that his first duty is
to the company you know as a court. Win or lose the case he personally does not
lose. In what other walk of life does a bad workman get paid. Look at my snips
above and then you and you group watch the video you. I cannot vouch for the
hour long video because I found it was explaining what I already knew. I
suspect others will gain knowledge from watching it all. I am quite willing to
help via my computer and if my idea of opening up the common law court takes
off in Hampstead, I'm sure I could get some support elsewhere.Another good site
to go to which should shake the belief in British so called justice is "Get out

As no defence was filed by the United Kingdom Corporation, c/o John Sutherland,
c/o Holborn Police Station, c/o London Borough of Camden, as to why they
dishonoured whistleblowers like myself and others, and no reasons were given
why the UK Ltd continues to dishonour the UK people, it becomes law by default
that all public service, servants and spending is with honour henceforth and
all dishonour must be remedied under the laws relied upon.
We have followed due process and no defence was filed, so my application
becomes law. Also the judge abandoned the court, was removed from office by 4
good men & women and was issued with a citizens arrested and Police were called
from the courtroom for his Treason.
I have issued a final Notice of Honour to give a final opportunity to the two
judges, Mr Justice Jay and Mr Justice Dingemans, to honour the UK people, if
they wish to continue to serve the public with honour.
Thanks for all your support, love, and prayers, without which this would not
have been possible.
A transcript has been ordered by the judge at public expense, which proves that
all public service must be with honour and not dishonour. This means all kids
must be returned to loving homes and parents by satanic cult members, all
property returned such as my laptops etc.. and all whistleblowers returned home
from incarcerations in mental health institutions and prisons after false
imputations of mental illness and false prosecutions.
