Do you want a democratic election in May? Shall we have a local referendum at
the same time?
Who supports me in boosting the Kent & Medway NHS and Social Care budget via
the Proceeds of Crime Act? Do you all think that freemasons should not only be
protected from arrest but their victims put on trial too if they have political
ambitions? Do you think that the KM should be protected from the Proceeds of
Crime Act? Corruption only exists in Maidstone, Kent & Medway because of the
KM's Editorial stance. Then we have Kent on Sunday and the Tory leader of KCC
is on their editorial committee. The Daily Mail owns the Kent & Sussex Courier
and has a 26% stake in the KM. There is a Tory media monopoly in Kent.
Many of you and parents and grandparents, how will your answer their questions
involving myself?
Surely some of you must have entered politics for the right reasons and must
know the difference between right and wrong? You all have power and influence
until the KCC elections in May, please use it wisely.
Someone has come forward to help me with the malicious KCC election rigging
threat. I now have plans in place to send my election flyers to 40,000 homes
in Maidstone, the latest modified version is attached.

I am in receipt in the post yesterday of your order of 17.3.2017; 2 days
earlier I was in receipt of the attached letter of 17.3.2107 from Maidstone’s
Community Mental Health Team.
I am writing to ask you to recuse yourself due to “conflict of interest”, and I
am writing to ask for you to issue a Certificate of the High Court please so
that this matter can proceed to the Supreme Court. By “conflict of interest” I
mean:-
1. There is a Jewish conflict of interest in these election matters and a
google search reveals you are Jewish
2. The 2 child protection cases in my Referendum Challenge involve blatant
miscarriages of justice involving LJ King and psychiatrists faking assessments
to keep children away from loving mothers, adopted and kept in care avoidably
at taxpayer’s expense eg Juliana Kennedy’s 3 children and Westminster City
Council and the case of freemason Desmond Tutu’s grandson – a LibDem LB of
Sutton vote-losing scandal
Lord Neuberger has the evidence from me (as do many others) via my Court of
Appeal submissions on behalf of the mother of Desmond Tutu’s grandson that
either Lady Justice King does not even understand the basics of the UK law or
she is thoroughly corrupt. I am therefore entitled to help to do leapfrog
appeals in cases involving LJ King and myself. So I am now in the process of
helping Becky Gaffney, Juliana Kennedy and Melissa Hendry to apply for
Certificates of the High Court in their children’s cases involving LJ King.
Becky Gaffney’s MP, Eric Pickles, has arranged for her case involving LJ King
to be debated in parliament along with the use of court experts giving false
evidence in children’s cases. LJ King’s dyslexia problems are known and I
believe that her case file should be re-examined.
The paperwork in my appeal involves crimes against humanity led from Maidstone
by a Jewish freemason network who have made a £6.6bn BMI profit out of the
avoidable deaths of patients, defrauding me, defrauding the NHS and market
rigging; some whom I am currently asking to be arrested eg Dr Jonathan Goodman
and Dr Chris Godsmark (see attached).
In 2002 I launched a group action against 26 Maidstone defendants in the Queens
Bench to try to protect myself, my children, my businesses and my charities
from total destruction. Dr Jonathan Goodman, Gynaecologist and Obstetrician,
of the BMI Somerfield Hospital took the lead against me in this group action
via his solicitors, the NHS Litigation Authority and I had to pay him. Is this
not a problem/fraud? The NHLA acting on behalf of BMI Healthcare? The High
Court judges involved in this 2002 action (and facilitating the mass killing of
OAPs) are both Jewish. Master Basil Yoxall, QB, and Master Simon in the Cost
Court.
How are the voters going to feel about protected freemasons engaging in serious
organised crime to help collapse the NHS for profit and to create a
humanitarian disaster for the most vulnerable? The collapse of the NHS from
Maidstone was led by the Gynaecologists & Obstetricians, and by Tories in
Douglas Lodge. The Gynaecologists & Obstetricians ignored the wishes of the
people of Maidstone and moved themselves to Pembury, Tunbridge Wells as an
attempt to persuade people in the Maidstone area to go private for their
services and for children’s services too. They do not care that babies and
children are dying because of their on-going decisions. All they care about is
earning money for themselves and their cronies. I do not condone the idea that
freemasons protect freemasons and Jews protect Jews. I do not condone the
stance that none of these people ever have to appear in court for their crimes.
Yesterday there was a plea on ITV Meridian News from the parents Wendy Knell
murdered in 1987 in Tunbridge Wells for her killer to be brought to justice.
Please let elderly people in their 80s have justice even if it exposes Jewish
freemasonry at work influencing Kent Police. I appeared before Lord Justice
Rose in related matters and all that he did was to cover up.
Furley Page founded by Jewish freemason Lt Col Utrecht Alexander are negatively
implicated in these scandals as they were the first solicitors that I
approached to represent me when my BMI Card fraud case was heard in the
Maidstone County Court in 2001, please see my latest You Tube presentation
“What goes on in Maidstone”. Not only did Furley Page influence the judge but
they illegally obtained from my Jewish GP, Dr Godsmark, my pre-1990 medical
records which has the evidence of crimes against myself by freemason Peck.
Freemason Peck committed crimes against me in 1980 with a Jewish KM reporter
who he want onto marry when he should have legally still been married to me.
My barrister who got me my life-long court protection order against Peck on
5.8.80 was Lord Hoffman; in reality a piece of paper was never going to stop a
violent psychopath from committing more crimes and so this was a mistake by my
Jewish barrister appointed by Whitehead Monckton.
My Jewish best friend, Briony Hyams (now Hadjidaniel) has inflicted horrendous
avoidable suffering on me and my children after 35 years of friendship because
her loyalty was to freemason Peck whose father Joe Hyams attended the same Rye
lodge with freemason Peck.
My fake trial for harassment where Peck JP sat on the bench with his
grandmaster, Tory John Bonomy JP, negatively implicated Hickman & Rose (my
former solicitors) and my Jewish Barrister, Stella Harris who told me in 2004
that I was to never expect that anyone who committed any crime against me would
ever get arrested ie they are all “protected” criminals.
Then we have the freemason child protection scandal involving the friend of
Jewish Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury ie freemason Desmond Tutu. My
unemployed friend Steve Gepp told me that his first loyalty was to his family
and not me last year. I called him Judas when he went with his Maidstone
church to meet Justin Welby in Canterbury. Steve Gepp’s church contacted Justin
Welby about the Desmond Tutu grandson case that I was working on. Steve Gepp,
62, with a serious heart condition, has just started work aged 62 for Henry
Shein which I believe is an international Jewish business. Steve, 62, has been
given a 6 month apprenticeship to train him for work at Henry Shein. Really an
apprenticeship at his age?
There is a Russian Jewish child abuser in Medway, Eugene Lubjanenko, who
commits crimes and gets away with it in our courts who never imprison him. I
gave him free legal support for 2 years. Then there is his Russian friend,
Jewish Maya Birdwood-Hedger who I have been helping too with the adoption of
her son. Maya came to my birthday bash last month (see photos of her with me
on facebook) but Maya refuses to be my friend on my main facebook account.
Maya says that she is frightened that she will be arrested if she associates
with me?
I can tell you that Maidstone’s voters will not be so tolerant of the view of
the Court of Appeal that a Jewish-led freemason network can commit crimes and
they have to suffer.
I attach a Letter of Authority from Janet Brummell who is a victim of Brachers
solicitors in Maidstone, previously owned by the current Province of East Kent
freemason grandmaster who still works there. I respectfully ask that the Duke
of Kent helps Mrs Brummell with her bullying and money extortion problems at
Brachers. I attach a letter I wrote for Mrs B,
I attach a copy of prayers mention from a Reverend John in South Sudan who
keeps phoning me via facebook to tell me that I am doing God’s work and to
carry the work that I am doing.
Please can the CEO of NHS England deal with what the Maidstone Community Mental
Health Team intend doing to me on 5.4.2017 ie forcibly injecting me, sectioning
me and declaring that I am too mentally unwell to stand in the KCC Elections on
4.5.2017. I attach the warrant that gives them the power to do this. The
warrant is fraudulent and defamatory and Royal Courts of Justice employees are
witnesses to the fact that this is true. They maliciously refused to discharge
me from their service as planned on 23.12.2016 so that they could do this to me
if I decided to stand in the May 2017 elections. I attach relevant emails. I
attach a letter that I wrote to the Duke of Kent about what we were told on
23.12.2016 by Hannah Debenham. I have never had a reply to my pleas for help
from the Duke of Kent.
What is even more disgraceful is that 2 Kent Police Officers have gone right to
the top of Kent Police after election rigging for the Tories re their 2
vote-losing scandals at KCC and involving BMI. Freemason Peter West was in
charge of Ashford Police Station when freemason Cllr Paul Carter from Douglas
Lodge asked Ashford Police to arrest me in 2003 to protect his Maidstone seat
from a vote-losing Soham-type scandal involving freemason Peck. Peter West
rose to become Acting Assistant Chief Constable of Kent Police in the 6 months
before he retired, and then was rehired as Head of Continuous Improvement at
Kent Police – who says that crime does not pay? Meanwhile Steve Corbishley was
in charge of Maidstone Police when this was going on and he knew that Peck
should have gone to prison for rape, and that Maidstone Police should have been
referred to the IPCC because of the avoidable death in March 2004 of Mrs
Eledwen Demain, but he did not do that and so there were more avoidable BMI
deaths around the UK. Steve Corbishley is now a Chief Superintendent.

Below is a link to my "Justice for All" on-line petition - this includes
justice for all patients in Priority House who do not know their rights and
have no direct access to paperwork telling them of their rights eg leaflets
telling them about their right to appeal their sectioning. I asked for the
leaflet on arrival at Priority House but none are stocked on the ward but the
nurse in charge emailed that night the person holding the leaflets stating that
I wanted my legal right to a tribunal within 7 days, but due to delays by KMPT
employees I did not get a Mental Health Tribunal Hearing for 11 days. But who
cares? In Maidstone who has respect for the law? Or the Human Rights Act?
Its only NHS and council tax money being wasted, but so what?

Council tax is being used to pay for injustice and if things do not improve
increasing numbers of tax payers will refuse to pay to finance injustice. What
will the public say when they know that I paid for a Brexit challenge on
15.7.2016 & that this case has sat in a queue waiting to be allocated to a
Court of Appeal Judge for 7+ months? This challenge is not about my not liking
the result but because I think that some voters did not have all the
information needed to make an educated vote...
Denise Fitch, Head of Democracy at KCC, wrote to me on 6.2.2017 "If you wish to
stand for a division in Maidstone you will need to return your completed
nomination form to the Electoral Registration Officer at Maidstone BC following
the publication of the Notice of Election on 24 March and by 4pm on 4 April
2017". So you intend to allow me to submit my nomination forms by 4pm on 4
April but then the next morning you intend to start psychiatric
treatment/declare me too mentally ill to stand in the KCC elections? Really?
I met with my Election Agent tonight and I showed him your letter. Our
response is that I will stand in not one but 2 wards ie both Maidstone South
and Maidstone South-East. That means that both wards will get my flyers by
4.4.2017 and depending on the response I will then decide that day where I want
to stand.
I am aware that Rupert Grist, Head of Legal at the Electoral Commission will be
back in his office tomorrow and so I will phone him. Mr Grist is fully aware
that mail between myself and the Electoral Commission was interfered with in
Maidstone re my Brexit challenge which amongst other things exposed a LibDem
Child Protection scandal in the LB of Sutton and a High Court gagging order to
protect the LibDem vote in the LB of Sutton. I have just discovered that my
KCC Councillor in Maidstone South is LibDem Brian Clark, who owns Loose Post
Office from where I was sending some recorded delivery correspondence to the
Electoral Commission as well as from 2 post offices in Maidstone High Street.
My post was opened, contents altered.
We are also looking into having a referendum locally about council tax
increases in April as I have seen the evidence that one disabled man on
benefits in Maidstone South East Ward has had a 60%+ increase in his council
tax bill this year vis-a-vis last year's council tax bill.
Whilst I appreciate that KMPT and its partners, KCC & Kent Police, are
committed to the Upper Classes, Big Businesses and certain freemasons getting
richer at the expense of the council tax payer, and the poor getting even
poorer and turning to crime to survive - I am a humanitarian and I oppose your
stance. My army of supporters grows day by day. Whilst it is illegal to
refuse to pay council tax I believe that it is not illegal to do so if council
tax is being used to support serious organised crime that is defrauding the NHS.
The email that I got from KCC Adult Social Services states that they will
respond to my complaint within 3 working days. I believe that they will all
get made redundant next year due to what I have researched ie there will be no
Adult Social Care budget from April 2018 and this information is being withheld
from the voters until after the May elections. Why else is it not in the NHS &
Adult Social care plans for Kent?
The disabled man that I have been helping over the last few days has muscular
dystrophy and is an alcoholic, but so are all his friends who have the same
condition. Why discriminate against this group?
The only mental health problem that I have is PTSD, which I got via my Upper
Class Tory freemason husband, Nigel Peck and then via the BMI Somerfield
Hospital. Why does the Maidstone Mental Health Team believe that the NHS
should finance my unmet needs and not either Nigel Peck or BMI? Why meet my
needs now? Peck raped and tried to facilitate my death in 1980 and BMI nearly
killed me in 2000?
I believe that your KMPT CEO, Helen Greatorex, and your KMPT Chair, Andrew Ling
should both resign due to the scandal not only around election rigging and KMPT
but also KMPT's stance re gays rights to abuse children, and their opposition
to the stance of myself and Richard Page, ex-KMPT director & JP re this. Why
don't you summons my Upper Class wife-beating, child abusing, rapist freemason
husband, Nigel Peck JP to see a psychiatrist instead of me? He is a violent
unstable gay psychopath as evidenced by my life-long court protection order
given in the Rochester Crown Court on 5.8.80? I am his victim. I have
suffered enough.
So a solicitor acting up as a judge (my former solicitor) in the Maidstone
Magistrates Court in 2010 diagnosed me with delusional disorder, and you
support his diagnosis. Wonderful. So a doctor says that no one should believe
what I say about doctors in Maidstone. So what, what about freedom of speech?
I am a member of a Freedom of Speech group on facebook where I have been
telling them what you are up to. So all over the UK whistleblowers routinely
get diagnosed with delusional disorder eg myself, Dafydd Morgan, Carole Woods.
In my case it is persistent delusional disorder because I persist in talking
about doctors in Maidstone going back to 1982. I will tell the Maidstone
voters what I want to tell them and they can make up their minds as to where
the Maidstone Magistrates diagnosis of me is correct or not correct.
I also promoted and attended the NHS & Social Care meeting at the Gallagher
Stadium last Tuesday.
I can assure you, Hannah, that Maidstone's voting public will want those you
are protecting to be arrested.

In today's post I received a letter from yourself posted yesterday. The
contents of which I find offensive, malicious and an attempt at trying to
influence the KCC Elections in May where I am to be a candidate.
I note that after zero contact with any of your team since 23.12.2016 ie some 3
months ago there has been a meeting between you and your professional
colleagues at KCC and Kent Police, and that the outcome of that meeting is that
I have unmet psychiatric needs and must attend a meeting at Albion Place at
11.30am on 5th April to see you, Dr Mikta and my GP, Dr Singh. In the last 17
years no one in your team has had any interest in my PTSD arising from my
horrific experience in the BMI Somerfield Hospital - the sole interest of your
team and your professional colleagues is making sure that Miss Anne Henderson,
Dr Jonathan Goodman and Dr Chris Godsmark do not get arrested and that £6.6bn
does not go back into the public purse. Moreover your CEO, Ms Greatorex, has
got a previous history of election rigging re myself in support of Tory
freemasons in trouble eg Cllr Paul Carter and Ann Widdecombe MP; and then again
last year.
Instead of wasting more NHS resources on trying to frighten me I suggest that
we assign your scheduled appointment to Martin who is named in the email below.
As you know I have made complaints to the Nursing & Midwifery Council about 3
of your nurses ie Ms Greatorex, and 2 nurses on Boughton Ward.
I would like you to see this email as a Letter before Claim prior to a Judicial
Review of your decision to not discharge me from your service. I expect a
response by the end of this week. Go and bully someone else.
I emailed the Head of Democracy at KCC on 20.12.2016 about my intentions to
stand in the KCC elections in May then 2 days later a team of 4 including 2
psychiatrists turns up unexpectedly at my front door just hours before my
re-union with my daughter and Cllr Paul Carter's grandchildren. I had not seen
any psychiatrist since the Mental Health Tribunal discharged me on 31.8.2016
(where KMPT barred all my witnesses who wanted to address the Tribunal,
including a patient of Dr Singh). Since my discharge by the Mental Health
Tribunal the only member of your team that I have seen is you, an occupational
therapist from the Phillipines. You will of course recall that my sectioning
admission papers to Priority House detail my Brexit challenge in the Court of
Appeal as the reason for my sectioning and not that I was described in the
attached warrant dated 27.6.2016. Many doctors witnessed me on 26.6.2016 at
the Village Hotel where I attended a West Kent CCG meeting, which I addressed.
Many know the warrant is a fake. I am pursing the arrest of whoever was
involved in getting this fake and fraudulent warrant issued.
I am pursing compensation from those who motivate the malicious actions of your
team ie from Paul Carter, from my freemason husband, from the KM and from BMI
Healthcare - but not only for me.
I am sure that my GP has got better things to do than play your stupid games on
5.4.2017. My discharge note from the BMI Somerfield Hospital on 19.2.2000
effectively said "Yolande is mad, don't listen to her" at a time when I was
chairing the Kent Business Network and I was MD of Laurom Health & Safety Ltd.
Ms Henderson and her corrupt cronies have a whole army of freemasons to protect
her and to try to break me mentally. I have been bullied on and off for 17
years, I have had enough. Go away and leave me alone.
I believe that all admissions to Priority House should be stopped until its
deep-rooted problems are resolved and no-one gets bullied there by the staff as
I was. I ended up in Maidstone Hospital A&E where I pleaded not to be returned
to Priority House. You will recall that I was shouting "you are, you are evil"
when the Boughton Ward girl gang threw me onto the floor to forcibly inject me
- during the process I sustained a 2nd avoidable head injury. The explanation
for my comments is that your mental health team know that I have had a phobia
about being injected without my consent since Miss Henderson allowed this to
happen to me on 14.2.2000 ie i had refused consent for an epidural but it was
given to me anyway.
On Saturday I launched a Justice for All online petition asking for Justice for
All, including those attending Mental Health Tribunals at Priority House. A
you tube video was also launched on Saturday. A week ago I formed a Justice
for All group on facebook. Every day locals are asking to be my friend on
facebook because they like, respect and admire me for what I am trying to do
for the people of Maidstone.

Those from my experience who have been driving the collapse of the NHS from
Maidstone since 2001 have been the KM, gynaecologists & obstetricians, private
psychiatrists and GPs, aided by Maidstone Police, KCC and local Tory
freemasons. They first teamed up to try to section me on 12.6.2001 ie 4 days
after the KM's front page headlines were about BMA Rep and GP stating that all
Maidstone GPs were leaving the NHS in April 2002. I am sure that the 2001
group still have the same ambitions to privatise the NHS locally.
I will stop the Maidstone culture of "doctors protect doctors" and get the
rights of medical accident victims (of which there is at least one in every
family) to get justice and to be healed become normal practice.
Maidstone voters were outraged at my malicious sectioning last year; they
certainly will not tolerate you and your team wasting any more of my time and
NHS resources on protecting the highly corrupt.

Martin's mother said that she would like to thank you very much for all that
you have done to help Martin.
Martin has unmet mental health needs that go back 20 years to when his brother
died, I believe that we should work together to resolve these needs as I
understand the use of alcohol to self-medicate.
In today's post I received just a few minutes ago a letter posted yesterday
from the Maidstone Community Mental Health Team saying that they have had a
multi-professionals meeting (them, KCC & Kent Police) and that I have unmet
mental health needs and so I need to see a psychiatrist with my GP at Albion
Place at 11.30am on 5th April 2017. I propose that this appointment is instead
assigned to Martin, and not me.
Is it any surprise that I form a Justice (and fairness) for All group on
facebook, launch over the weekend a "Justice for All" petition and put a You
Tube video up too - and then this malicious letter comes in the post?
My friends on facebook have only today expressed concerns that I will be
sectioned because I am exposing corruption and unfairness involving KCC, Kent
Police, freemasons and the Maidstone Mental Health Team.
I had an unexpected visit from the Maidstone Mental Health Team on 22.12.2016
to do my first ever mental health assessment; 4 of them spent an hour with me
before going away again. I have heard nothing from them since then until this
letter arrived in the post. More election-rigging by them and their partners?
Martin's mother expressed her concerns to me that some of Martin's KCC
allocated carers were not up to scratch. So I will let Heather phone you and
explain. I am therefore giving Heather your phone number ie 01732 843119. A
very kind lady in Loose contacted the community wardens to help Martin; she
spoke to her 9 year-old daughter about Martin. The 9 year-old's response was I
would like to bake Martin a cake. I would like to visit him and make him
sandwiches. I would like to tidy up his flat. Many do really care in
Maidstone and they are coming together. I told Martin's mother that you took
him round some soup.
Early this morning a vicar in Kenya who runs a school phoned me via facebook to
tell me that he is praying for me in my fight against corruption and that God
is on my side. I have a meeting at 6pm tonight at Morrisons with my proposed
election agent whose interest is like mine, the most vulnerable in Maidstone.

Many thanks for talking to Martin, he phoned me in tears at circa 9.30am today
and so I told him to phone you which he did. He said that you are a kind lady
and he was pleased to talk to you. He said that he felt much better after his
paid carers had washed him, treated his sores and looked after him - he said
that he has not had a wash since 14.12.2016.
Someone in Loose came back to me today with an offer of help of community
wardens to visit him this afternoon. Martin was pleased to hear that they were
coming. A visit from a lady nearby would help as he is lonely.
I have known Martin for many years - he is basically a very nice man - he only
becomes abusive and phones people up when he has been drinking because he feels
frightened and frustrated. The latest drinking bout of 3 days was triggered
after he had to sleep one night last week in his wheelchair. He was arranging
his own detox yesterday to deal with his alcohol problems. He is suffering from
depression and needs bereavement counselling over the loss of both his father
and twin brother who he watched die in hospital.
Martin was in the Recovery Lodge last year where they were dealing with his
issues. He has been dealt a rotten deal in life and he struggles to cope at
times. Martin asked for help with his depression yesterday.
Martin knows that he has to have a live-in 24 hour carer, and that is what he
wanted since he came out of the Recovery Lodge, I was not aware that his
preferences have changed since he came out the Recovery Lodge. Alcohol is a
side effect of him being so disabled. Martin's mother told me that his carers
have not been looking after him properly eg washing him, and that he has
complained because of this/his sores.
Anyway thank you for helping him - it was awful seeing him in the physical
state that he was in yesterday. The owners of the Recovery Lodge like him and
they wanted him to live there with them permanently but he decided that he
wanted to live in his flat with the aid of a 24 hour carer.

Martin rang me and I had a long talk with him.
He has paid for carers to visit him today to wash and change him.
I will visit him later this afternoon with a colleague.
I may also be able to arrange visiting by a lady who lives close by.
However I have spoken to Social Services this morning and Martin is a difficult
customer.
He has in the past had a 24 hour live in carer, a waking night career, and day
careers, as wel as visiting caters. All these have broken down because of
Martins changing views about what he wants and his abusive behaviour associated
with alcohol and his own mental state. He is known to the Police for making
abusive calls to the Police. He refuses so far to go to his GP to get
assistance with his mental health problems.
Social Services are at present struggling to find a carer to visit Martin
partly because of his changing preferences and also because he is known to
agencies for his poor behaviour. He is to have a hardline assessment as an
urgent priority to clarify whether he is self transferring or not.
KCC will then find it easier to find a care package for him.

Both you, myself and Cllr Dan Daley were at the Secsu NHS & Adult Social
Care listening event at the Gallagher Footballl Stadium last Tuesday evening,

air.
Since last Tuesday's meeting Secsu have sent me the link to the NHS & Social
Care plans from 21.10.2016 that were the basis for last week's meeting.
There seem to be some information missing about KCC's Social Care budget, so
please can you advise me as to what the plans are for this budget? After you
left I raised the matter of the attached Liverpool Echo article of 6.2.2017
re these budgets. Is there any truth in what the outgoing director of
Liverpool Adult Social Care has stated in this article re the future of
Social Care?
I made 2 referrals to the emergency KCC Social Services Adult hotline on
Saturday afternoon on behalf of Mr Putt who is copied into this email. Kent
Police also made a referral too. Mr Putt has forwarded to me a legal advice
letter which states the following:-
In regards to the local authority, they have a duty under s.1 of the Care Act
2014 to promote individual wellbeing. This includes providing adequate care
to those eligible for it. Furthermore, under s.18(1) and s.20(1) of the Care
Act, the local authority are under a duty to meet the needs of those eligible
for care. Therefore the local authority must provide you alternative care
provision should the current care company refuse to provide further care.
Costs is not a reason for refusal to arrange for alternative carers.
A gentleman called Ash answered my 2 calls on Saturday. I reported that Mr
Putt had told me that he had spent 3 nights sleeping in his wheelchair. After
this first night having to sleep in a wheelchair Mr Putt resorted to alcohol
to help him cope. I reported that he had not been to the toilet for 2 days
and that he had not eaten either for 3 days. It was circa 4 hours before a
duty Social Worker spoke to me. The position is that there are no carers
available, and that Mr Putt has the option of either calling an ambulance to
go to hospital until a carer can be found or he can call an ambulance to help
get him into bed or he can pay for an independent carer; I was given the
names of Bluebird and Nurse Plus. In the end a friend of Mr Putts came and
spent the night but left in the morning.
Yesterday morning I received a phone call from Mr Putt in tears asking me to
visit him and help him, he had been drinking for 3 days. I drove to
Leybourne. I was shocked at what I saw and what I learned. Mr Putt was
partially dressed in clothes that needed changing, he was badly in need of a
wash and has sores because of his lack of care. He was unkempt. His flat
needs a good clean and there was a lack of food essentials and basics eg
milk. I went shopping for him and then cooked him a Sunday Roast which he
woofed down because he was so hungry. I opened some of his mail for him eg
from Tonbridge & Malling BC and from KCC Social Care complaints team.
I spoke to Mr Putt's mother over the phone who told me that Mr Putt has not
had carers since 15.12.2016 ie since the day that his father died. Is that
correct? Moreover she seemed to think that when did have carers that they
were not washing him. Is that correct?
Mr Putt needs bereavement counselling, he is depressed and has unresolved
PTSD from watching his twin brother die in hospital from complications of
muscular dystrophy. When will this support become available to Mr Putt? As
well as cleaners, carers, meals on wheels?
I was shocked that in this day and age that any human being could be treated
so badly as Mr Putt; it is degrading and inhumane. I respectfully suggest
that if KCC is short of carers that they prioritise those who have the
highest needs before all others. Last weekend I had a new magazine delivered
"Life in Loose", it states that KCC is funding a good neighbour scheme in
Loose so it must have money.
Due to Mr Putt's vulnerable state currently arising out of KCC's breach of
duty of care, I am dealing with this matter on his behalf.
Now to my complaint. My friend Barbara and I told my children that I
received the attached scruffy handwritten note via my front door on 29.6.2016
from Will Parsons, a Maidstone Mental Health Social Worker. I then phoned
Will Parsons from my best friend's home to ask for an explanation as to who
had put him up to this. He named to us "Paul Carter" and by way of
explanation spoke of Maidstone Police being motivated to contact them/the
mental health team and 28.5.2016. My friend and I have since repeated this
to both of my children. Please can you explain what was going on and why we
were told this? Is it correct? In May 2016 I asked you to put right the
avoidable suffering that my children and I went through in 2003/2004. I
spoke to Cllr Dan Daley about this matter last year.
As you left last Tuesday's meeting early you did not hear me speak at the
meeting and update on when I had spoken at a previous West Kent CCG meeting
at the Village Hotel during the afternoon of 26.7.2016. I was there with
circa 24 GPs and Tony Broderick too. The next day KCC went into the
Maidstone Magistrates Court and got the attached warrant without my knowing
anything about it. Please read what the warrant says - the wording is
ridiculous considering I had been in the company of doctors and a magistrate
hours earlier. Please can KCC send me by return a copy of the paperwork that
generated this fraudulent, malicious and defamatory warrant?
Moreover the KCC warrant was actually executed on 20.8.2016 and the
sectioning admission papers to Priority House state that I was sectioned
because of my Brexit challenge (attached). Please may I have an explanation
for this too? Thank you.
I spent 11 nights in Priority House before a Mental Health Tribunal
discharged me. Priority House needs closing to new admissions whilst it
changes its attitude to being customer/client-focused.
Last September I had 40,000 flyers (attached) delivered to 40,000 Maidstone
homes. If Maidstone Police could be persuaded to act then under the Proceeds
of Crime Act I would like the Social Care budget saved but properly managed.
Jamie Chaney told Mr Putt and I that you are a member of Douglas Lodge and
that you are connected to Nigel Peck, is that true?
As you can see from the email below I am standing in the KCC Elections in May
in Maidstone South and have been tackling Arriva over local issues, but I
have got as far as I can with Arriva and need this to be dealt with by KCC
please.
I have copied LibDems local to Mr Putt into this email as he had 2 of their
flyers posted through his door, one only yesterday. One flyer contained a
grumble sheet and so I hope that one of these LibDems local to Mr Putt will
be motivated to help Mr Putt asap as one flyer states "On your doorstop - on
your side". I am on Mr Putt's side, who else is?
Hopefully I can make it to this KCC election on 4.5.2017 without being either
sectioned or arrested?

Thank you for your email. I will be taking these matters up with those
running KCC.
Re The Wheatsheaf:- there is not even a bus stop there let alone a shelter.
All that there is there to indicate that it is even a bus stop is some
markings on the road.
Most of those whom I spoke to attending the Hazlitt meeting were there to
complain; indeed I was given an Arriva form (half the size of A4) on which
to put brief details of my complaint and then handed it back. After I had
made my complaint verbally I was told that I should have made my complaint
sooner as the driver could have been disciplined via the cctv footage, which
I was told gets destroyed after either 10 or 14 days? The event was
informal with the public going up to any table to say whatever they wanted.
There was a general manager with a clipboard standing in the middle of the
room as pointed out to me.
That is good news about the bus timetables and I have started to pass that
information on.
I am afraid that I am going to make another complaint now. On Saturday
18.3.2017 I was at the 89/5 bus stop in King Street. The No 5 was due to
depart at 3.12pm; I was near the back of a queue of circa 15 people waiting
for buses there. The bus pulled in to the bus stop at 3.11pm, the driver got
off the bus leaving the door wide open and walked past the entire queue
ignoring us. A few minutes later he walked back past us again ignoring us
but this time carrying a bag of sweets and a drink. No apologies for making
us wait whilst he did his shopping. The bus left at 3.19pm ie 7 minutes late
due to the driver's shopping. The ticket that I have says that it was issued
at 15:17:26 and I was about the 4th or 5th to get on. Driver No 336074 Bus
6511 Ticket 22288. The driver was issuing tickets whilst eating his
sweets, no apology.
I think that this incident on Saturday illustrates the contempt that the
management of Arriva have for its customers and that its management's poor
attitude adversely affects the attitude of some drivers.
Am I correct in thinking that council tax is being used to boost Arriva's
profits? OAP's bus passes? I have handed copies of our previous emails to 3
OAPs who live near me who use the bus stop outside the Swan; they are very
grateful for my assistance and have invited me into their homes to discuss
these matters. The oldest lady is 85 and frail, she cannot stand at the bus
stop and needs a seat there when the bus is late; one lady is circa 82 - she
is going blind and has dementia and the youngest lady is 75. Where is the
respect?
What can Arriva do to show its customers that it respects them and their
business?

Unfortunately Arriva are not in a position to be able to finance the request
regarding the bus stop outside Loose Bowls club in Maidstone as these
facilities are the responsibility of Kent County Council and they can be
contacted via telephone on 03000 414141.
I have spoken with the general manager of the Maidstone depot regarding the
bus stop at the Wheatsheaf and they advised that they have not been made
aware of any changes occurring to the bus stops here but again, this would
need to be addressed with Kent County Council.
The depot manager also advised that he was also one of the representatives at
the Hazlitt event and he, amongst others, do not have any knowledge of any
complaint being logged with them. They have advised that at the event they
were very specific in noting that only issues related to the network review
were being dealt with, they do not have any details recorded for any
complaints. Please accept our apology if this has in some way been misplaced.
At this stage, I can only apologise if this was not made clear to you and I

Many thanks for yesterday's email, the contents of which I have noted.
What I am looking for from Arriva is an offer to finance a bus shelter and
seat outside the Loose Bowls Club in Maidstone, and also at the bus stop at
the Wheatsheaf going into Maidstone from Loose.
I would also like to know who at KCC and at Maidstone BC I should contact
about these matters. A 70 year-old lady told me today that the reason that
there is no bus stop at the Wheatsheaf anymore is that this bus stop is going
to be shut down/moved? Is that true? All that is there at the moment is
yellow lines.
Re my written complaint at the Hazlitt Theatre event. I arrived at the
event, which was poorly organised in that I had to work out for myself what
was going on - and then queued at one of the tables there to wait to speak to
an Arriva employee, who listened to me and handed me an Arriva complaints
form, he asked me to complete it - which I did but only briefly due to the
lack of space and giving the required email address and have patiently waited
for a response, but you have stated that you have not seen my written
complaint.
My concerns generally are about the fact that drivers cannot answer questions
about Arriva from their passengers and tend to respond "No one tell us
anything", and that includes a named supervisor who could not be bothered to
make a phone call to the Armstrong Road Depot for information about the
Hazlitt Theatre event for me (this was in my written complaint). Also that
specifically I went to catch the 89 bus on Thursday 22.12.2016 at 11.01 - the
bus was there when I got there with its engine running and the door shut, I
knocked on the door to ask to get on but the driver gesticulated to me to get
lost. The bus was not full, I was upset and had to walk from the Swan down
to the Wheatchief to get the next available bus.
Many of Arriva's customers are OAPs with no access to computers to be able to
look online for bus timetables. Why aren't Arriva buses carrying timetables?
There is nowhere in the Town Centre to get bus timetables from? They used
to have them at the Town Hall and at Maidstone BC Council Offices. Please
can Arriva put the needs of their customers first and make it easier for them
to be able to use your buses?

There are 2 issues here:-
1 the event that I attended at the Hazlitt Theatre where I was asked to
write my complaint down with my email details but have received no response
to date.
2 we are talking about your customers - vulnerable elderly people and it
would be helpful if you would consider them and not just expect the taxpayer
to subsidise what a decent business would expect to do. I understand that
Arriva is investing in new buses in this area - how much is a bus? How much
is a bus shelter and seat for your customers out in all weathers whilst your
buses are often delayed?
Please reconsider your attitude to your customers and the public purse.

Thank you for your email and apologies for the delay in responding to you.
I have spoken with the General Manager in Maidstone and they have advised
that in regards to a seat and bus shelter being installed at the Swan/outside
Loose Bowls Club then you would need to contact Maidstone Borough Council and
Kent County Council as they control the bus stop facilities.
