Yes he was a good chap and remember him with his steam engines - most of the
best people haven't been to university, so their thought processes aren't
corrupted by our Communist education system - Chris

Subject: [patriots] Fred Dibna

I have always been a fan of Fred Dibna and just how much he did to draw
attention to the greatness of this country through its industrial
revolution. Today he single-handedly made historical engineering into a
lively tourist attraction. I thought about how ordinary Fred was and that he
had no formal training in engineering or history and that all his knowledge
was gained from reading countless books and his sheer enthusiasm for the
subject. He also had the ability to communicate his knowledge with others in
very simple terms.

Doesn't this remind you of our Albert Burgess? Anyone disagree?

Jack
