can i have your opinion...
the high thin clouds due on Saturday morning
do you think they will be a problem?
the Sun is bright, but thicker clouds make it challenging to see
prominences, etc.
what are your thoughts on this event?
Whether you are going or not, i'd like your input as if you were planning
to attend.

As to rain, one morning TV forecaster said there was a 30% chance of rain
for Saturday. They didn’t say what part of the day, though.
I’ll add the chance of precipitation to my next forecasts.

so if we are monitoring Saturday for the morning hours of (with set up
time) 9 to (and pack up time) 1:30-1:45pm... and no rain, but clouds? We

may wish to cancel the telescope workshop if the equipment being brought
into Bookmans will be getting wet. A drizzle, clouds, that's ok, we can
have the event.
I'm limited on attendance for both of these events, for PAS Members who
usually help at this type of event, but we have plenty of public attending
both events, so the more I know about what we are doing, weather wise, the
better. Please keep me updated. Thanks so very much Alex and Don and anyone
else helping with the weather updates for Sat Feb 11 and Sunday Feb 12.
