Let me fix what i just said
Don is in charge until Joe returns. Then Joe is the only one who has to be
at the CTCA events and attends every one. If Joe doesn't return, Don stays
in charge.
Why? the Rule is, with CTCA, a Cancer Fighter has to be in attendance at
each event.
So, Don, right now is that one cancer fighter that has to be there.
EVeryone else HAS TO sign up to attend.
