Karen, in preparation for your meeting with Margaret Forgione, you'll want to
review the exchange of emails with her several years ago about their failures
with curb ramp d/w strips. Let me know if I can get them out of my files for
you. You probably recall that she indicated that the DoT Legal Department was
not convinced about the extent of their responsibilities. Ken

Hi All,
I know we want to speak by phone to strategize. We need a conferencing
facility to do that. I was informed that the one we've been using till now
is no longer available. We need someone to step up and help out with this.
Meanwhile, I'm going to try to get a meeting with Forgione on the 23rd and 7th
issue.
