As a point of interest....
G-147 is used for
1) Meeting of the Minds
2) A speaker who might talk longer than 9:30 (closing time of the Library)
(Dennis Young)
3) A party (such as the MOM"s) where there is food, more than just the normal
snackage. (All MOM's & our end of the year May Pizza Party)
4) When the Library is closed due to there being no school at that time
(January)
The Library is for those speakers who can do their presentation in 1.5 hours or
less, and when the Library is open.
And this month, March, we have a huge guest speaker, so with Jenny's help,
we found another venue for the Mar 1 meeting in which we are in the Q building
in Rm 120A. Huge speaker hopefully draws in a bigger crowd, where by the
Library and G-147 would not be able to accommodate that many attendees.
And the website usually lists the location of the event, in case there is doubt
of where to meet up.
