Howard, I don't expect any problems, but if something comes up during the next 
week Wed April 20 through Monday April 25, as Vice President of PAS please take 
over for me as far as decisions for PAS that must be made in my absence. I will 
be at the bottom of the Grand Canyon and may not have phone service. Thank you
