Good morning PAS Members,
We have two sets of topics to talk about at this upcoming meeting of Jan 27
Wednesday night.
Please note, we *meet at 6:30* to get in the room, and at *7pm we will
begin the discussion*. Its room *LS-205*. If you are running late, ask that
your topic be moved later in the evening. Also, if you are running late,
enter quietly, and let's keep the flow of the discussion smooth.
This is a party, so bring a snack to share. Water will be purchased through
the PAS Snack Fund, so please donate a little change to the fund on your
way out that night.
All PAS Members are asked to attend, as this is a *Voting meeting*. We will
be voting on the change in the Bylaws of PAS. And Alex just sent out the
Bylaw changes he proposes, to all members.
We will discuss General PAS Business Topics, and then we will discuss Star
Tour Topics. If you are not a current PAStimes Star Tour Member, then feel
free to depart once we have finished the Members' topics. And if you are a
Star Tours Member, and you stick around for the 2nd half of the evening,
and we don't finish all the topics and vote to have another meeting, we
will be discussing when/where to have that other meeting. You might want to
be in on that discussion so you can attend it, as well, to finish out the
topics that need to be discussed.
This is PAS Members only meeting. Please do not bring guests or anyone who
isn't an immediate family member, or living in your house hold with you.
The purpose of this email, besides to inform you of this upcoming meeting,
is to ask for topics. I'd like to fit all the topics into the evening's
discussion and to do that, i need to know what the topics are. The deadline
to send your topics to me, for this meeting will be the Monday before the
meeting, Jan 25. Get those topics to me so i can add them to the list.
Topics that miss the deadline, may be bounced to the next Meeting of the
Minds.
