The pizza order will be placed 1 day prior to the event. So, the deadline
to make sure I know you are attending will be Apr 13.
But to help me out, sign up, and / or put your pizza order in no later than
Apr 12. And be sure I confirm I got your email.

I'm setting up for taking the orders.
Reply to this email, which will also be your RSVP
to attend, if you are attending and what type of pizza you wish
to have at this event.
We are offering 2 to 3 slices per person.
When we are all done with everyone who is attending
who has RSVP'd for their slices, then any remaining pizza is up for grabs.
We also ask that you* donate a little to PAS*. PAS is taking on the whole
bill for the pizza this year, however, it would be nice to give a little
back to the club. What ever you have on you... $1/slice or some change
would be helpful. It is NOT a requirement, it is only a request for help
paying for the pizza.
We are ordering from Sardellas
so take a moment to see what toppings are availble.
We will be ordering *Cheese, 1 topping or 2 topping pizzas*. See what
you'd like to have and send it my way today.

*how many slices, and what 1 or 2 topping pizza, if not cheese, you wish
to eat that night*.
Example of The Finch Household order:

If you don't RSVP your pizza, you must wait until everyone has had their
requested slices before you choose yours.
We must do it this way in case someone has allergies and can only have a
certain kind of pizza.
I await your orders. We must get this going now so i have time to talk to
Sardellas about it and know how many pizzas we need to order. Thanks for
