Phoenix Astronomical Society's upcoming star party and telescope workshop in
August at Bookman's is mentioned in the Phoenix Files Things to Do Section.
Beautiful photos of planets taken by a long time PAS member, Chet Schuler are
also shown. Phoenix Magazine has been around for 50 years and has a circulation
of about 80,000 with a readership estimated to be over 300,000. The Article
also mentions an East Valley Astronomy Club Star Party and a Homolovi State
Park Star Party.
