Attached are my latest suggestions regarding changes to the 2012 Edition of the
PAS Bylaws. Please note that my earlier suggested changes are printed in the
January newsletter. The attached document is similar, but it contains a few new
ideas that are based on recent discussions.
Please be familiar with the Bylaws and all members’ recommendations by the MOM
on January 27th.
