Good morning PAS Members,
I need to get the invoice to RG and it was supposed to be sent yesterday,
but i see we don't have all the people
attending, listed.
Pete, are you attending? I see you RSVP'd as a Maybe.
Also, with the current list of attendees, we have room for more vehicles:

2) Mike Meteorites
3) William & Terri Handouts and PST

If you want to attend and since they are now paying $10/vehicle to drive
out there, it is more enticing to do this
event. We really need the help! 990 kids in one day, in the rush, is a lot
of kids to filter through 2 telescopes - Don and William. More telescopes
are requested. Sign up now. I'll wait to send this invoice until Tuesday
Apr 26. So, Monday is your deadline to sign up.
This is a Star Tours only event, if you plan to be reimbursed, but
volunteers are welcome. I need to know you are attending so i can inform my
contact about the number of heads to feed throughout the day. They provide
breakfast and lunch for everyone doing this event, all the vendors.
