PAS Folks,
The Accuweather forecast for Goodyear on Tuesday 9/25 is looking good!
I will not be able to attend this event because my truck is down for major
repairs (I may not even have the parts I need for a week). So, I suggest the
following division of labor for this event:
Albert Tucker - worker and RSVP person for this event - he will be responsible
to get the meal tickets and handouts from Security and/or Jennifer Kehren or
Marisa Benincasa. I assume the meal ticket count will be n=4 if Ofelia can make
it.
Don Boyd- worker and writer of report for the event- since we haven't had any
photos, maybe he'd like to come early and do that this time? Don will be
responsible for generating an event report which can be used for the PAS
newsletter and forward to me to send to CancerFighter's and CTCA Admin.
Mike Marron- worker with meteor display. Please include Ofelia in your RSVP if
she will be coming with you. Also, if you have a new/better/different meteorite
handout, please email it to me.
I will work on the event handout and notify CTCA. If any of you have any flyer
content that you would like me to include in the handout for the
patients/customers, please send it to me by this coming weekend.
