Just a reminder to all those who RSVP'd and are planning to attend, our
field trip to the Waukesha County Materials Recycling Facility is scheduled
for this Friday December 7th at 5pm. Please remember to wear your scout
uniform and "appropriate footwear". You get to walk into the main, busy
part of the recycling center, where all the action happens and the floor may
be a bit messy.

Hi Everyone,
We are planning a field trip to the Waukesha County Materials Recycling
Facility for our entire Pack 163. The trip is free and open to all scouts
in our pack. All groups participate in programming in their education room,
which has observation windows overlooking the plant floor for optimal
viewing. They will be learning and participating in recycling activities.
The visit will last about an hour. The staff at this facility do tours often
and can really make this great fun for the boys, with some learning thrown
in. I also believe there is an opportunity to earn a Recycle Raccoon
activity patch with some extra activity.
The Date for this trip is Friday, December 7th at 5pm
The Materials Recycling Facility is located at: 220 South Prairie
Avenue
Waukesha, WI 53186
I will need a count of how many of you are interested in attending so they
can be prepared for the boys
Please RSVP no later than Nov 20th, how many adults, scouts and any siblings
that will be attending so I may give them a count!
This should be a fun event!
