Hi Joel,

I don't know if the deforming filament was ever working. Petri Fast had
been working on that but he has moved on. Sorry about that.

  Bill

Hi Bill,
Ok I recompiled everything and it is working fine. Now I want to setup a
deforming case using the elastic filament option, is this option working fine?,
I am trying to setup a simple case but cgins is always crashing, it seems to
be that I am doing something wrong, do you have a sample file to see how to
setup all the parameters?

Regards,

Joel

Hi Bill, I wonder if the fixes you mention on this email are already available?

Hi Joel,
The filament mapping was broken but I have made some fixes to
it. I will send you the fixed file and an ogen script in a separate
email.

Hi Bill,

Currently I am working in a new type of problem and I think that the filament
mapping could be very useful. I have been trying to generate a valid
overlapping grid with no success, so I wonder if this mapping is fully
working?, is there a sample .cmd file that shows how to use the mapping?

Cheers,

Joel
