[overture] Regarding running ASF with cic.hdf

Hi,
When i run ASF with $grid="cic.hdf"; $backGround="square"; $Mach=.1; $tPlot=.1; $Reynolds=50.; i get the following error. 

Error return from CGESL3, ierr=2
What might be the reason for this. What is the file that returns this error and what does this error mean?.
