Jon:
I think you will need add a new option (or just change an existing one)
in cns/src/userDefinedInitialConditions.C -- one of the bubbles examples
may be good to start from.

Hi,

I need to do simulations of shock waves among obstacles (3-D), and would
like to use a one dimensional profile to initialize the flow, i.e., this
one dimensional profile should define a spherical bubble with radially
varying states.

What would be the easiest way to approach this? Would any of the options
in userDefinedInitialConditions.C do, or do I need to create my own in
there?

Thanks,
