Hi Christine,
Aaahhh, now I understand that Sid is a lady and Ron is her husband. That
clarifies whom I need to keep in prayer. Thanks.

Let me explain what happened. I originally tried to forward the email
from Syd, my aerobics coach, but something went wrong, and the email got
deleted. I grabbed it off anothe rcopy that went to another list, so
there were no headers or footers. It was late, and I just plain forgot
to write that Syd was asking for prayers for both her husband and
herself concerning his eye surgery.

be gracious unto
thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. —

Hi Christine,
I'm a little confused as when I saw your e-mail last night it seemed to be
from Ron. Anyway, I'm very glad Sid's surgery seems to have gone well, and
I'll keep him in prayer.

In Syd's own words:
home at last
We just arrived home—long day, got up at 5:15. Once we finished with the
check in and the preparation, the actual surgery took a little over 2
1/2 hours.
He came our of the anesthesia a bit slowly and is still groggy. But we
made it! Nap time for both of us.
Thank you for your prayers; they make all the difference! Please
continue to pray for uncomplicated healing. We’ll see the doctor in a
week; meanwhile,
it’s drops four times a day and ointment at bedtime.
