Hi Tall guy, could you put the actual dropbox url in the message, that way, on
the mac, I can get it directly. Thank you.

Wow! I do like that song. Sounds like my kind of music. Actually, I
recognize the playing technique of the person who plays the acoustic rhythm
guitar, since it sounds like he plays with his fingers and not a pick. That’s
the way I play. I heard it also in the Bob Seeger and John Fogerty song on
Fogerty’s Wrote A Song for Everyone. John noted in his Fortunate Son book that
Bob’s playing with his fingers and not a pick, sound was more of a muffled
sound rather than the bright sound of a picker. So, I’ve been listening for
that sound, since that’s the way I play. I guess I’m not good enough of a
musician to have recognized that before. I did notice that John Jacques
playing sounds different than mine, but lately I’ve noticed it more by various
artists.

No, the Tragically Hip are not a heavy rock band! It is surprising that they
are not well-known everywhere, since they are an extremely popular band and
have been around for a very long time! But since they are not 'Merican, they
wouldn't be played in the US.
Here is one of their better-known songs; I'll try to post another one soon.
Sorry, I am told the attachment is too large for this list... so you will have
to get it from my Dropbox folder:
