Hi Sandy, try going to the second heading on the page, which is the title of
the file to be downloaded, then move down the page until you see the link that
says click here to start download, and the file should start to download, but
if you've done this, and it still doesn't download, I don't know what to tell
you to do, but it seems more and more people are having problems with
sendspace.
