You found yet another great article, this time about the legendary harmonica
player. You will hear him if you've got a coppy of Billy Joel's "Leave A Tender
Moment Alone." I sent this article along to Steve Nomer, whom I'm in contact
with by e-mail regularly. When I heard the news Monday on KCBS Radio and later
TV, I let Steve know right away as he'd put together two instrumental shows of
the Listening Room given our many requests. The "Theme From Midnight Cowboy"
wasn't among the instrumentalswe requested, probably because we'd all blanked on
the name of the movie the theme was from.
