Hi Walt, I never have heard of pete fountain's version of louie louie,
but that wasn't the song I was talking about from 1964.

It could be that I simply rifled through the Pete Fountain tunes sent
by listers too fast. But I dont recall seeing Fountains version of
Louie Louie. I know it exists, cause I played it on the air in the mid
and late 60s. If anyones able to send it my way, Id appreciate it a
lot.
