Curt, I must have bought the wrong thing. What I bought for $9.95 plus $8.00 shipping is a hand-held set of stereo microphones but you don’t wear ear phones with them. Quite honestly, I was disappointed in their performance. I recorded with them using my Book Port as that'’ the only device I have which would work with them. I also have a very old stereo cassette recorder pair of stereo mikes, which recorded much better. I could har the stereo effect with the $9.95 mikes, but I also heard what would amount to a lot of tape hiss.

I don’t know whether it’s just me or the actual recording, but I heard no stereo separation at all. I heard everything in both ears equally, and I plugged in good headphones.

I forgot to mention on the "tour" that the ear buds are the
Andrea Superbeam ones, I bought from Amazon for $9.95.
I bought both the ear buds and ear phones, and the differences between them is (1) the ear phones don't have the high frequencies the ear buds do, and (2) maybe the ear phones' microphones might be a tad better? not really sure though.
The cost for both ear buds and ear phones, both are binaural recording potentially was $18.95.

If it isn't too much trouble, I am requesting that if any one has purchased a pair, would you please share a recording with us? I am particularly interested in hearing how they sound when recording's are made out of doors. Thanks in advance.
