She hasn't posted photos yet, but this birder from Texas likely is not
familiar with light-phase Harlan's Hawks, which this bird was most likely.
Since there are no records of Krider's west of the Rockies, this needs to be
invalidated unless very conclusive photos show this is the first pioneer of
that species to make it over the Rockies.
