I bought the "Revising Prose (5th edition)" book by Richard A. Lanham after
Cary mentioned it years ago. I've read only about 1/3 of it, but it's good.

Also, if you don't like the logical structure you can drag and drop
sections of the outline from one branch to another. Basically, you can
