Try this:
LOAD DATA
INFILE 'index.dat'
INTO TABLE ldw_index_scripts
REPLACE
FIELDS TERMINATED BY '~' TRAILING NULLCOLS
( db_name char ,
num_field char "decode(:num_field,'0000','0001',:num_field)",
sql_script_d_c_code char
)
