That's not how I'm reading the chart. Here's how I interpret it:

HP-UX:
- 31-Jan-2018: no more PSUs, can optionally purchase extended support to
get one-off patches
- Dec-2020: no more one-off patches

All other platforms:
- 1-Feb-2016: can purchase extended support to get one-off patches
- 31-Jan-2018: no more patches (PSUs or one-offs)

Someone can correct me if I'm reading that wrong; it is a little tricky to
understand all of this.

I got tripped up by looking at the roadmap chart in Doc ID 742060.1. The
chart lists the exception of support for HP-UX into 2018 as the rule, but
the table below says all others (what most people use) goes away in Jan
2016. The roadmap chart is deceiving.
Release Patching Ends

Notes and Exceptions*

11.2.0.4 *31-Jan-2018*
*HP-UX Itanium:* *Patching ends Dec 2020*. Beginning Feb 1, 2018, Sev 1
fixes only (no PSU or CPU will be produced).
*All other platforms:* Extended Support required starting 1-Feb-2016.

The "All others" are NOT the exception, HP-UX is the exception and the
roadmap should state that.
