That's right mom. It contains the values for parameter like
SS_SEG_MAX/SS_SEM_MAX. But I want to know what are all the other
parameter it defines.

I think ksms.o (or ksms.c) defines the SGA components in the memory and
it may (probably) define the starting address of the SGA. Generally
speaking KSM components (Kenel ServiceLayer MemoryManagement) are
related to Memory structures in the SGA.
