datapump error ORA-31693/2354/1466

All,

I am getting into these errors  consistently while trying to do a datapump
export for one of our monitoring database. I am using flashback_scn . I also
tried using access_method=external_table  . but nothing seems to be of any
help . I was wondering if anyone

has any idea on how to overcome this .

appreciate any suggestions.
