Sounds like there's likely a DDL trigger on the database...

Subject: can't create any objects

CREATE TABLE DUMMY1(BOB VARCHAR2(2))
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value
ORA-06512: at line 22

Unfortunately I'm new at this position and they haven't gotten around to to
giving me the CS number for a metalink account. Maybe this will light a fire.

Anyway, can anyone shed any light on this behavior. It's 10.2.0.4.0 on Windows
server 2003. My client is the Oracle 11g on Windows 7.
