Take a look at the raw trace file and see if the STAT lines are there
for the particular cursor that executed the query you are interested in.
 
For example:
 
PARSING IN CURSOR #7:  select this from that;
PARSE #7 . . .
EXEC #7 . . .
FETCH #7 . . .
 
 . . .
 
STAT #7
 
You also have to make sure you're looking at the sections for the same
session since there may be multiple sessions traced within a single
processes trace file.
