Does anyone understand how the new versioning system for quarterly database
partches works?
I am trying to locate what would have been PSU 20180417 for DB 12.2.0.1... the
links seem to suggest that the correct patch is 18.2.0.0.1.20180417, but there
is no database 18z yet, is there? At least, the read me in that (combo) patch
bundle has exactly 1 reference to the database version... confusing.
And should I get the RU or the RUR? I did read that doc where they try and
explain, but it makes absolutely no sense to me..
