I tried searching the TOAD list archives that Jacques recommended. And I tried this below. However, I never create a "debug.txt" file Or anything that looks like it. I also looked at all of the tool configuration options (twice) and cannot find anything for turning off "refresh users/tables list on logon" Any other suggestions ?
