Multiple sets of dispatchers are possible and are distinguished by
their INDEX number.
If you want to specify a new set of dispatchers with the specific
port, you can use the INDEX=3D attribute to set up a set of dispatchers
other than the set you already have with implicit INDEX=3D0:
SQL> alter system set =
dispatchers=3D'(address=3D(protocol=3Dtcp)(host=3Dfoobar)(port=3D22505))(=
dispatchers=3D1)(index=3D1)'
Then you can shut down the old dispatchers that don't have the
specific port number if you want:
SQL> alter system shutdown immediate 'D001'; etc.
