Hi all,
By default database auto starts with init pfile when reboot windows DB
machine. In order to make database autostart using spfile, I edited
registry key ORA_<SID>_PFILE from '...\init<SID>.ora' to
'...\SPFILE<SID>.ora', but database does not auto start when the service
restarted or machine rebooted, seems it does not take the binary file.
Is there a way to make the database service use spfile to auto start
database on Windows environment?
Thanks,
Lu
