OK OK Edgar you are right!
For demonstration purpose I have omitted this part.
If I start to wrote whole code it will take to long / to boring to read.
I am not developer after all ;)
Thanks for correction.
But in general it is seems you are agree with my option.

I think that this is bad style either. Because you are not only
committing error info, but also all the work that was done in the
loop. It would be much nicer to use procedure with pragma
autonomous_transaction and log errors from another, separate
transaction.
