if you exp ...  consittent =3D y  then  all table data are in  one =
 time (the first time)

if not ,the different tables data  are in  defferent time , but ,=
 one table data  are  consistent reads (exp like  select * from=
 table;)

consittent =3D y   ---  for the  PK -- PK  tables
