There is an owning analyst... and If I'm not mistaken, there is usually one
analyst in each country that you get forwarded to... handed off to...
whatever... who is the owning analyst for that shift.  If you cross days
off, you are handed off to someone else and then handed back after the
owning analyst comes back.

analysts 'own' tars. or do they float to whoever is available?
