12.2.0.1 will be supported till Nov 20, 2020.
19c will be the long term support (terminal) release for the 12.2 family.

Does tha mean 12.2.0.1 is supported until March 2023, or that as time goes
by 12.2.0.n will be supported until 2023 but people are expected to update
their releases as the 4th digit releases become available.
I expect Oracle would prefer it if people stayed up-to-date with the 4th
digit updates, not just go to 12.2.0.1 and declare everything is fine.
