Atanas, Thanks for mentioning that. We do have some books and I don't mind reading, so that will definitly be a component. The downside is the quantity of information and the difficulty in getting quiet time to read without interruptions in order to get a solid understanding. Sadly I am 99.9% sure they will not let me travel overseas for a class (but I just may propose it as I would love an excuse to travel on the companies money <grin>) *Stephen* Blog <http://cactustri.blogspot.com/> | Photos<http://picasaweb.google.com/andert>| Race Reports <http://andertfamily.net/racing_reports.aspx> On Tue, Oct 7, 2008 at 10:14 PM, Cholakov, Atanas Stoianov <cholakov@xxxxxxx > wrote: > Hi Stephen, > > The option you are missing is reading documentation! > > As you said you are not new to Oracle Financials in this case if you follow > the docs will get used it easily. > > About trainings if you consider to attend in EU I recommend this guy ( > http://www.linkedin.com/in/norrbohm) > > Regards, > Atanas > > Stephen Andert wrote: > >> Hi there, >> >> I've been put in a position of being backup for our Financials stuff and >> will need to provide coverage during a team member's planned time off.
