Oracle 10g Client for Linux

Hi guys,
again with more newb questions.. lol!

I found strange and not really easy to find why oracle has no
oracle 10g client  for linux. A guy here where I work has the 10g client for
windows and I found at oracle.com the mac os version...
So ... why is that???
