Ora-4063 error

How can I debug and/or trace this error:
 
 
Cannot execute SQL statement. ORA-04063: package body “USER.AIR_LIFE_USAGE” has 
errors ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit
Being called: “USER.AIR_LIFE_USAGE” ORA-06512: at line 1   ‘begin 
air_life_usage.update_hours (:1, :2); end;’
 
Does this have to do with the shared pool?
