Hi Mladlen, very respectully. 1) I think every week, and specially you, have at last one off topic comment, like a joke for example, is not infrequent that you advises the opposite to the right answer, even when you had confirmed some people had applied them you persist in them (for example the function that truncated the table), but I respect that. There are several person who use this list to plan their appointments. And I respect that. 2) I think one out of topic weekly post is not to abuse in the list. 3) I try hard to post insteresting posts, my posts are not about obvious things, and I have to read several pages befores doing this post. And I do in the intention that this will be useful and I think it had been becaue I received a positive feedback. 3) I think if you don't like my posts you can block my email. 4) I think Jared have the last work and I'll respect his decision, if he thinks I'm abusing and posting "garbage" in the list. Sorry if I seemed rude, this was not my intention, but I think I have right to do a OT weekly, meanwhile it is related to oracle and is interesting, if I start to post senseless, links to documentation or similar things, useless posts, in my weekly tip I'll agree with you. I do it because I think is important to share knowledge meanwhile this is something interesting, related to Oracle and not every one knows and can be useful. :) Thanks Mladlen. The statement "relax and post less" was permeated with as much subtlety as I'm capable of on Monday mornings. It is another rainy Monday morning here in NE, and the digestion of my breakfast was spoiled by yet another "weekly tip". What makes you qualified to dispense "tips" that I categorize as the "DBA spam"? Can you, please, dispense unsolicited advice to the both interested readers directly, and leave me alone? I would really appreciate your cooperation, it would spare me the effort of editing my procmailrc, like several other people on this list?
