Yes. Since Oracle's licensing has become so complex and expensive, all the
companies are going to cheaper databases, such as SQL server. However, the
future is in AWS - Amazon Web Services. So, start prepping to go over to
AWS or Microsoft Azure. Google is coming up with its own cloud. However,
AWS is ruling the cloud world, and will be doing so in the next 10-15 years.

Most postings are for jobs converting Oracle to Sql Server whereas 10
years ago it was the opposite.

new, SAP has just released the version 2, and finding good people is hard.
