OEM Upgrade (10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.5) Question

I am installing/upgrading 10g Grid Control from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.5. This
does not upgrade the database (that it creates). Can I upgrade the database
to 11g instead?
