You could try CareerBuilder.Com and do a national search for oracle dba
and see which areas seems to have the most by state.

Hi all,
I'll likely be relocating from the UK back to the US due to the company
going into administration. I call Minneapolis home but I figure if I'm
going to be moving a few thousand miles I may as well move to where the
jobs are.
Does anyone know of a particular area that has a shortage of DBAs?
